However, there is a hot debate on which came first: using Brettanomyces yeast to create tart and funky flavours, or poor sanitation and a poor understanding of bacteria. One thing we can all agree on is that sour beers are some of the most interesting combinations on the market.

Requires the addition of 1kg Brick Road Light DME or dextrose (purchased separately).
