A rich creamy chocolate brown ale. Very smooth and well rounded with a pleasant hop flavour and light bitterness. Tyneside is famous for it's Brown Ale and this recipe has been put together by Mangrove Jack's to make it easy for beginner home-brewers to brew a similar style of beer.
Additional Fermentation Sugar required: 1kg Dextrose or Brew Enhancer but for best results use 1.2kg Pure Malt Extract instead.
