Manilita is the latest experimental hop from Freestyle Hops and has been performing well in trials. This Manilita lot has field aromas of Pink Grapefruit, Mango and Nectarine. It can hold its own in hop forward styles but also plays well with terpene heavy supporting actors like Southern Cross or Rakau.
Flavour and aroma impact:
Whirlpool additions: Sweet Mango, Stonefruit and Pink grapefruit.
Dry hopping post fermentation: Nectarine, tropical and Citrus zest
