This extra-light pale ale is clean, light, and refreshing, with subtle fruitiness and a mild malt balance. Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, anywhere from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.
For a drier, lower-carb XPA, simply add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast.
