
Mexican Cerveza – Light, Clean & Refreshingly Crisp
This Mexican Cerveza is a very light, clean, and fresh lager-style beer—an ideal thirst-quencher on hot days, and often enjoyed with a slice of lime.
Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, anywhere from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

Colour: Pale Straw (5 EBC)
Bitterness: Low–Medium (17 IBU)
Grist: Lager Malt
Wort OG: 1.038

Yeast: New World Lager Yeast (hybrid; ferments up to 22 °C)
Dry Hopping (Optional)
For extra flavour, dry hop with 10–30g (or more) of noble hops such as Tettnanger, Hallertau, Saaz, or local varieties like Motueka or Wakatu.
