This Kölsch is a light-bodied, pale-coloured German-style ale with subtle fruitiness and a clean, refreshing finish. Brewed with a traditional European ale yeast, it captures the authentic character of this classic Cologne specialty.
Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.
