All our kits include Malt, Hops and the right amount of yeast to pitch (usually 2 packs).
They can be used with typical NZ water without water modifications (the PH adjustment is done through acidified malt that's part of the malt bill).
If you'd like to tweak your water profile to improve mouthfeel etc - add the water minerals to your boil, NOT to your mash. Minerals are not included in the kits.
